First let’s talk about how a male's body produces testosterone. To keep things in check, the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Testes-Axis (HPTA) is the way their body produces most of its supply of natural testosterone. Within this system of checks and bounds there are two separate Negative-Feedback-Loops (androgen and estrogen) that regulate how much the hypothalamus and pituitary signal the testes to produce testosterone.

The Estrogen-Negative-Feedback-Loop (ENFL) is the first system used to produce estrogen in a male’s body. This is done by an enzyme called aromatize, which converts free testosterone into estrogen. If testosterone levels are elevated, excess estrogen is usually present in the body. The Hypothalamus can sense this condition and may limit or shut down the production of testosterone.

The second system that controls estrogen production is the Androgen-Negative-Feedback-Loop (ANFL). Excess testosterone is sensed by the Hypothalamus through androgen receptors. If testosterone levels rise beyond a natural set point, the Hypothalamus may limit or shut down testosterone production and estrogen will be free to roam throughout the body.

So to indirectly increase testosterone levels, the first step is disabling the ENFL. Since 6-Bromolane™ has an extremely high affinity for aromatase, it can significantly decreases estrogen levels in males by attaching to this enzyme, rendering it useless. 6-Bromolane™ is also a site-specific androgen receptor blocker which can effectively reduces androgen receptor activity of the hypothalamus. This effectively disables the ANFL from sensing increased levels of free testosterone, preventing any down-regulation that might normally occur.

With this in mind, we selected a very unique Saponin extract from Fadogia Agrestis; then combined it with a full spectrum complex from Avena Sativa standardized for Avenacosides A & B. Both ingredients have been shown to have a profound impact on testosterone production by stimulating Luteinizing-Hormone (LH) production. LH acts upon the Leydig cell of the testis, which is responsible for the production of testosterone. When LH levels are increased, the natural production of testosterone also increases.
